Returns are acceptable within 7 days of receiving the product. For returns, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition along with the original packaging.
- There must be a reasonable reason for return of the product. Change of mind will not be considered while returning the product.
- In case of refunds, only product price may be refunded. Shipment costs cannot be refunded.
- The product will be exchanged (instead of refund) in case of any defect or damage.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
- You would be responsible for any shipping cost or any other cost to be incurred in course the of return or exchange.
- If you are returning a product priced over $50, you must use a courier service having a shipment tracking facility. The returning product must also be insured if the price is over $100.
Below steps should be followed for returns and refunds:
- Contact customer services and our official email provided in the ‘contact us’ section, and describe your application and reason.
- Once your application is approved, you will be required to return the product at our requested address.
- Share the documentary evidence and tracking number, once you have dispatched the product from your side.
- Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email.
- Your returned product will be analyzed under the conditions mentioned above.
- Once all the stated conditions are met, your payment will be processed. You will be notified via email accordingly.
- If you have not received the payment within 7 days of the payment’s notification received, please contact your bank to check the status.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer services and our official email provided in the ‘contact us’ section.
