Returns are acceptable within 7 days of receiving the product. For returns, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition along with the original packaging.
  2. There must be a reasonable reason for return of the product. Change of mind will not be considered while returning the product.
  3. In case of refunds, only product price may be refunded. Shipment costs cannot be refunded.
  4. The product will be exchanged (instead of refund) in case of any defect or damage.
  5. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
  6. You would be responsible for any shipping cost or any other cost to be incurred in course the of return or exchange.
  7. If you are returning a product priced over $50, you must use a courier service having a shipment tracking facility. The returning product must also be insured if the price is over $100.

Below steps should be followed for returns and refunds:

  1. Contact customer services and our official email provided in the ‘contact us’ section, and describe your application and reason.
  2. Once your application is approved, you will be required to return the product at our requested address.
  3. Share the documentary evidence and tracking number, once you have dispatched the product from your side.
  4. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email.
  5. Your returned product will be analyzed under the conditions mentioned above.
  6. Once all the stated conditions are met, your payment will be processed. You will be notified via email accordingly.
  7. If you have not received the payment within 7 days of the payment’s notification received, please contact your bank to check the status. 
  8. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer services and our official email provided in the ‘contact us’ section.
